Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.  If you are unhappy with any aspect of these please contact us on 01326 280229 before placing an order with us.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by United Kingdom Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.  This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law.

This website including photographs, logos, designs and written text are protected by copyright. 

Price

VAT is included in the cost of each product, where applicable. The price does not include the delivery of the order to the purchaser.  This is an additional cost.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit and debit cards and our website uses a secure payment system operated by SagePay.  This ensures the highest possible level of security and fraud protection available for all our customers.  All transactions are in pounds sterling.

Delivery

We currently accept orders and delivery to UK addresses only via this website.  Roskorwell Farm endeavour to despatch orders within 2 working days of receipt on weekdays.  Orders placed over the weekend will be processed during the next working day.  Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class.  Delivery charge is £3.95 – this charge includes VAT  - if your package is more than 1kg in weight we will advise you of any additional payment required.

Out of stock items

If your item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and refund your payment.

Returns and cancellations

We want you to be happy with all your purchases.  If you are unsatisfied please contact us upon receipt of your goods and we will try and resolve any issues you might have with either a refund or replacement at our discretion.  You have the right to cancel an order until it has been dispatched. We can only accept returns in a resalable condition.  We are not responsible for return postage or any cost associated with this.  We would also recommend you obtain a Certificate of Posting in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.  This does not affect your statutory rights.   Returns will be processed by us within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.  The refund will be processed by Sagepay in accordance with its refund policies.
